Teresa is bi-lingual offering our clients the option of a Spanish speaking real estate agent.

Originally from Spain, I started my real estate career in Portland more than 25 years ago. I love working with clients from diverse communities and cultures and enjoy the challenge of meeting individual wants and needs. Great communication and lasting relationships come naturally to me and I want my client’s real estate experience to be positive and fun.  When I’m not working with my clients, you can find me exploring the endless hikes of the great Pacific Northwest, trying a new local restaurant, dancing, traveling to an exciting destination or simply spending time with my family and friends.

Teresa had an exciting 2023 that included her marrying her sweetheart, Bob! Here they are with her two sons, Luca and Carlos, on the big day!

Teresa prides herself on successfully raising two wonderful sons as a single mother. With a strong background in personal development training, She effortlessly motivates them to be their best with her positive attitude and belief to persevere. She leads the motivation and coaching portion of our team meeting for a reason!

Teresa was born in Madrid, Spain. She enjoys visiting her relatives there and not that long ago, she enjoyed a year living there with her two sons. Right now her son Luca attends University in Barcelona. Teresa is passionate about helping the Spanish speaking community own real estate. She is determined to help break down the language and cultural barriers that prevent them from owning their own homes. She has built a team of lenders and other support staff to help native Spanish speakers achieve the dream of home ownership.

Teresa is also licensed in Washington. She helps all of our clients selling and buying in SW Washington which includes: Camas, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, Battleground, Stevenson, and surrounding areas.

Teresa LOVES the outdoors. She and Bob love to kayak and snow shoe.
